• Coordinates weekly meetings with clients to develop goals, action plans and document current status.
• Leads weekly group sessions on workforce development and life skills topics.
• Creates and establishes strategic partnerships with local mental health, sex education, government benefits, food banks/pantries, and substance abuse resources to address client needs.
• Initiates and implements special projects/ activities to promote client growth.
