Alberta Health and Safety Training Institute is looking for a reliable, punctual, and detailed oriented person for our customer service desk with the ability to troubleshoot in a fast paced environment. This person will answer phones, greet students, take walk in registrations, process payments and ensure overall quality assurance on all registrations for our programs. This person must have excellent computer knowledge and skill, as most work is completed via registration systems, email and other computer documents.
This position will be part-time and require someone that will ensure accuracy and learn from every opportunity. Clear and concise English speaking and writing will be highly required. The hours of this position will be 7:45am – 4:15pm Monday and Tuesdays, 7:45-4:15pm every other Wednesday, and 8-1pm on Sundays. There will be opportunities to pick up additional hours as needed.
