Being a Customer Service Representative means welcoming and caring for our clients in our stores and on the phone. It also means ensuring the garments are sent to the correct process and carefully entering those garments into a computer database. If you enjoy working on your feet and going the extra mile, this may be for you! It's worth noting that the majority of our store managers and corporate team started off as Customer Service Representatives!

Even though this is considered an "entry-level" position, starting pay exceeds industry standards.
No experience necessary, it is a plus though! Applicants must enjoy smiling, have a great sense of humor, enjoy taking initiative and paying attention to detail. All applicants also must be able to communicate the English language, both written and spoken, effectively. Be able to help out in our other locations. You must also have reliable source of transportation. Must be able to work various shifts per week. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
