This position is responsible for providing leadership in the planning, design and implementation of customers’ specific business plans and will provide vision, penetration strategies and tactics to executive managers to develop and drive external and internal senior level relationships. Responsible for analyzing and understanding customers’ business strategies, future product plans, expansion activities. Cultivate and capture new business. The objective of the Director of Business Development is to lead the efforts to grow Cascade Systems Technology net income through engaging target customers and getting Cascade Systems Technology “designed in” to target applications.
•Work closely with the Cascade Systems Technology (CST) team to manage each account for maximum operating profit and revenue growth.
•Maintain and grow business relationships, close deals and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Own the relationship with the customer
•Update sales and marketing reports with volumes, qualifications, and key programs.
•Facilitate customer meetings. Timing, locations, attendees
•This position requires at least 50% of traveling domestically.
•Use segment strategy and marketing reports to identify target accounts.
•Develop (Tactics & Timing) to pursue target accounts and keep details in the pipeline
•Report monthly on progress to plan and escalate to management any roadblocks
•Initiate customer profile and update quarterly. This identifies key players, technical & commercial, and manufacturing locations. Applications, TAM, Competition

•5+ years of experience in circuit board and electronics industry preferred
•3+ years of technical sales experience
•Enthusiasm in technical sales
